1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Bual Pro ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the app.

2. Use of the App

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the app. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
• Account Registration: To access certain features of the app, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.
• User Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. User Content

• Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you post or share within the app ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the app.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to post or share any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate at our sole discretion.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the app, or which, as determined by us, may harm us or users of the app.
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate the app, a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the app, the server on which the app is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the app.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials within the app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the intellectual property of Bual Pro or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the app without our express written permission.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bual Pro, its directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the app.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the app after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
